I tried to call and cancel, but they won't have it in their system until sometime this afternoon. Since I won't be able to call until late in the afternoon, I hope I get to it in time. This sounds pretty lame for the order to take that long before I can cancel it.
I made the same mistake of using the PayPal and got screwed for more than a week. Basically none of the customer rep can tell you if your payment made it to their system. Call them and tell them you need to have Jose take a look at this problem. For some reason when digitaleyes merged with dvdplanet (or whatever it was) no one bothered to update the Paypal email id in their new system. It is frustrating !

I just got an e-mail saying that 3 of my DVDs shipped.

Only problem... I already received them yesterday. Hopefully I don't get a double order, I'm assuming it was just a late e-mail.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm going to call them later, and if there's a problem I'll take your advice.

Has anyone else been able to use the code more than once? I called and cancelled my order, but it won't let me use the code again. It says it's already been used. Maybe it's not multiple use after all.

I called and they said that the coupon is definitely one-time use. They went ahead and manually did the order over the phone, but I guess I won't get my cashbaq. I should have created an account for my wife on cashbaq and DVD Planet, then ordered it through her account. That way I could have done it online and got the referral cashbaq as well .

2. Back ordered Blu-ray (Elf) from 1st order shipped out 11/14/08 by USPS.

3. My 2nd order of 5 of 6 Blu-rays all new releases from 11/11 & 11/18 shipped out on 11/14/08 by USPS.

4. 6th Blu-ray ( HELLBOY II-GOLDEN ARMY) from 2nd order shipped out 11/15/08 USPS.

5. American Gangster Blu-ray back ordered from first order shipped out today by USPS.

All I have left is "The Fall" Blu-ray which is still back ordered from my first order.
Had 3 boxes arrive today from DvdPlanet. First the big one with 38 of 41 BLu-rays. One Floater out of the bunch. Looks like DvdPlanet was going to ship this USPS Priority Mail. But changed their mind. They ripped off the USPS Priority Mail sticker and also put a new shipping label over the old one and shipped it UPS Ground. If it was shipped Priority Mail I probably would of received it on Saturday.

Elf Bluray arrived today and it was shipped USPS 1st Class Mail.

My 2nd order of 5 of 6 new releases arrived today and it was mailed out USPS Priority Mail.

I also got a shipping notification of my last Blu-ray "The Fall" today from DvdPlanet.

I received my two orders yesterday, four Blu-ray titles that released on 11/11 and four that released on 11/18. Even though I used the free shipping, I still received the 11/18 titles (including Tropic Thunder) on the release date. The local Best Buy had none of the titles I'd ordered from DVD Planet in stock, so it worked out very well.

I'd actually place another order with DVD Planet before the end of the sale, but I've already used the two codes I have (25OFFSALE and SAVE).

Try 25OFFSALE one more time. I've used the two codes, and I have stuff in my cart and 25OFFSALE is working for me again. Other people have reported that code working twice for them as well, while others have said it doesn't work for them a second time.

That's weird. I already placed my order over the phone, so oh well. Thanks, though.

Thanks, kahuna, for your shipping details. I'm always curious how others in Hawaii are getting theirs shipped.

It appears that part of my first order was shipped Media Mail, as others which went USPS after that came by Priority Mail. I have a 5-item order which just shipped USPS -- if it doesn't show up within 5 or 6 days, I guess that one went Media Mail, too. Too bad as it will hit the holiday jam. I hope it arrives before Christmas, though.

Code:
This coupon has already been used.

Coupon codes can only be used once per customer/family/address/e-mail address/account. Violation of this policy will result in the coupon being removed from your order.
Used it once, got $100 left in credit, what now?

They got my package today. I sure hope they process it before the sale ends but I'm not holding on my breath on that.

If prices are the same at dvdplant at deep discount, any reason to not go with dvdplanet as it also has cashbaq ?

The only reason I can think of is that you don't have $35 worth of items at dvdplanet to qualify for free shipping.

Also live.com is a more accurate place to get cash back. They only give cashback for dd. The cashback sites for dvdplanet, Ive had numerous problems with.
