Great price! I bought it at Costco, back when they had it for $24.99, or else I'd be all over this.

Damnit. I told myself I wouldn't spend more $ on DVDs until Black Friday.

Oh, well--at this price, it's basically an early BF deal.

The Addams family is a timeless comic gem. One of the great off-beat sitcoms of the 60s. They will love it if you can get them to look past the fact that is was filmed in black and white. I allways wondered why when they released it on dvd, why they didnt release a colorized version like they did with Bewitched. It would help to introduce a new generation to one of the all-time great comedies.

No thanks, I'd rather pay about $45 buying them all separately like the chump I apparently am.

I picked the set up based on John Astin's great character. I'd also [I]highly[I] recommend the made-for-television "Evil Roy Slade" starring Astin. Features Dick Shawn, Mickey Rooney, Dom DeLuise and many others. Inevitably compared favorably with "Blazing Saddles." (Don't hold your breath for "I'm Dickens, He's Fenster" starring Astin & Marty Ingels.)

Don't feel bad, I'm sure there's not a person on this board who has not bought something only to see it signficantly cheaper later on ...

I try to be patient and only jump on deals that I know are really cheap. The only DVD I was excited to get on release day was Spider-man .. Other than that I can wait!

I have plenty to watch.

That's why I never buy anything. I'm waiting for it all to become free later on...

I couldn't resist.

When I first read this thread, I almost purchased it, but resisted temptation because I already have a bunch of unwatched dvds.

However, I thought about it, and a few hours later, I came back.
Luckily, for me, the sale was still on.

Great deal! Thanks, OP!

Tell me about, you should see my Star Trek (movies and series) collection that has since dropped to about half of what I paid for them.

I did jump on this though! Thanks OP.
