These weekly threads are for the posting and discussion of that particular week's store exclusives and freebies.

These lists will likely be incomplete until Thursday or so, since DVDs are released on Tuesday and one of us needs to visit all the stores to confirm things.

Volunteers needed: I regularly go to Best Buy, Circuit City, Target, and Walmart; but don't visit the other stores every week. If you work at or regularly go to the FYE/TWEC chains, Costco, Borders, K-mart/Sears, Barnes and Noble, Blockbuster, Hot Topic, or any other store that has DVD exclusives; We'd appreciate any updates you could give us.

Found an interesting exclusive today at Sam's Club -- all 3 volumes of the modern "Masters of the Universe" series, bound in a slipcover. This appeared to be the same slipcover given away at Best Buy in association with volume 1, only with all 3 volumes shrinkwrapped inside. A sticker on the outside said "A Sam's Club Exclusive," which I think may be a first. Usually exclusives are shared between Sam's Club and Wal-mart, but this one appeared to be solely a Sam's Club item. Price was $44.99 or something like that.

Other than this, as you say, it's a mercifully light week for exclusives.

I know that it should maybe wait until the released weekly threads comes out, but when browsing eBay, I noticed someone posted some upcoming WalMart exclusives that are not bonus disc related.. They could be one the Walmart website as it appears like stock images, but I don't go and check..

Hellboy 2 with belt buckle
Wanted with head bandana cloth
Hancock with beanie cap
Get Smart with secret decoder pen

I generally only get exclusives that either have a bonus DVD or special packaging.. These phyical extras like t-shirt and caps don't really do it for me, so going to pass on these round of WalMart exclusives..
