The retail prices are based on all the singles (plus the artbox) added together. The majority of people don't pay retail for anime. If you have been around anime around long enough, this is nothing new.

That will be the way to go. Even though the cover arts are rather lackluster, the series itself is pretty good.

Anyone know the difference between the two different "My Santa" ?
I've seen those character's before, and thought it was a series, instead of a short movie.

The only difference is the TV rating. The initial release had an age rating misprint. It was supposed to be TV-MA, but was printed TV-PG. The re-release will have the updated/corrected age rating of TV-MA.

Looks like Utawarerumono vol 2 + box is $9.99 now..

For these series that Funimation is taking over and re-releasing in boxsets, is there any news if they are porting over the same extras as on the ADV discs? Air Gear doesn't seem to have anything beside trailers.. Le Chevalier D'Eon seems to have a few spread over ADV's releases..

The early indication is that these new FUNi boxsets may exclude select extras. The disc count is reduced. If this is important to you, I would get the ADV releases.
