Well that sux,I won't be shopping with FV until they lower some prices....
I had atleast 4 things from my list increased by $4 each....
Most of them went from being the lowest to close to being the highest.... lol

My cancellation came through last night, which was no surprise. I've ordered from Family Video in the past with no problems, but hate paying for shipping. I guess I'm spoiled by Deep Discount's free shipping policy.
Now, on to figuring out what to buy with the $5 coupon.

I had the same order you did. I finally got my refund, and of course, shipping was not included in it. So basically I paid more for Child's Play than I would have otherwise. But, as a bonus, I got a $5 coupon that's mostly worthless because their prices aren't great to begin with and I'll have to pay shipping a second time. I'd argue, or just return Child's Play, but it's probably more headache than it's really worth. I'll just chalk this one up as a loss.

I was just randomly checking my orders and noticed that JOURNEY was indeed cancelled. Family Video didn't even bother to let me know.
When I contacted them to complain about their policies (especially charging for pre-orders instead of when they ship), I received their "apology" which was a $5 coupon on a future order.
Now why would I support their firm just because I have a $5 coupon?
