Cool, looks like there's still regular and "head" packaging for the Simpsons.

That's what it looks like to me as well.

Has there been pics of the regular edition of the simpsons? For some reason I only buy the regular...

I bought all the head sets myself because they look nice, but they still sit awkwardly on my shelf.

The Krusty head looks embossed so I wonder how far it will stick out.

Wait, so the Sleeping Beauty Blu-ray also comes with the film on DVD?

Kinda surprised How I Met Your Mother S3 isn't listed - or did it get postponed?

Yes! Forgot that Sleeping Beauty comes out this week! Grabbing this as it's one of my all time favorite Disney movies.

Wow, Target seems to be quite a bit cheaper than everybody (Best Buy, Circuit City, Amazon...) on Sleeping Beauty! Most everyone has it at $19.99 or more. So unless the upcoming ads are going to undercut their own site's pre-order price, Target's the place to go!

...same for Robot Chicken S3- everyone else is pre-ordering at $21.99+

I can pretty much guarantee they will be below 19.99, they usually don't list their first week prices for the website pre-order prices.

From what I've seen the Krusty Head box is different than the previous releases. It looks like his head is just embossed on the box, instead of the box being shaped like the head and using a plastic slipcover to make the head case "square" so it will sit on the shelf.

Also, I cannot find any listings anywhere for two separate Simpsons releases - not Amazon, not DVDEmpire, etc.

The last few times Amazon always had both versions listed. I guess we'll have to wait to actually see the ad page.

I already pre-ordered The Simpsons Season 11 and can't cancel it at this point. Sigh, I have standard boxes for all the other ones and I hoped they were done with this shit.

Do you think that if I go to Target on Oct. 7th, buy the Target exclusive box, and then go for a refund once I get my Krusty Head box in the mail, they'd take it back?

Hope some retailers have exclusives for the Sleeping Beauty BD.

I mean that nowhere else has a "regular" box listed except for Target at this point. So I'm thinking that it's going to be a Target exclusive, from this evidence alone.

How? The Best Buy or Circuit City ad hasn't even been posted yet? That's not evidence.. you don't know all the sales circulars yet.

There's no listing for them on the BB or CC websites, and the Krusty Head ones are already marked as being on sale.

There's no listing on the Target site either for the regular set, so again, stop making assumptions.

It won't. Target gets their dvds from Amazon. The website does that is.
