It's good for as many times as you want -- I've put in 3 orders already. Last time it was active I wound up putting in ~14 or so.

As a side-note, smaller orders tend to ship out via first class mail and actually arrive faster than larger orders.

There's actually a few Blu-Rays in that range. Ghost Rider really stuck out for me at $9.79 before discount, $7.83 after the 20%. Not saying they're good movies (I wouldn't take them for free) but Premonition and Are We Done Yet? are only $6.71 after the discount.

Overall my selection of movies may not be impressive, but I've been looking for a cheap silence of the lambs for awhile, and for 3.19, I've always wanted to watch shrews and dont wish to check big lots everyday.
