Second Spin has been advertising with the Howard Stern show on satellite radio for a while now. It seems they do this every couple months - he reads their promo on the air and announces this code to his listeners. Promos like these are common with several of his sponsers.

I only got in on this deal the last time it was active, so I'm not certain the end time. I know it remained live for at least 5 days after it was last posted on this forum (back in June).
