Wait a minute - anyone know what the Speed Racer Deluxe Edition is, compared to the regular one? It can't just be the digital copy, can it? I think CC has that too, right?

Thanks as always, Speedy.

Either Target does a have a special edition or it's just more verbal chicanery on Target's part.

I can find nothing about it on Amazon.

House: Season 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 >>>> $29.99

Dexter: Season 1 / 2 >>>> $19.99 each
Aargh! I paid $27.99 for Dexter S2 and $37.99 for House S4 on August 19th.

I can't find anything on their website regarding if I can get the difference refunded back to me if I bring in the receipt next Sunday.

Hmm...Another chance to pick up S4 of The Office for thirty bucks. I think I'll bite this time. Can't wait to pick up Rock Band 2 (although I have that one preordered). Thank you Speedy!

According to the dvd talk review of the dvd, the standard dvd gives you the opportunity to download a copy of the film for a fee.

So it could be that the Target Deluxe Edition is just a second disc with the Digital Copy or it includes that plus more extras.

If it's just the Digital Copy then I'll just buy the regular edition.

If you bought them at Target and take your receipt in, they will refund you the price difference. I've done it many times there. Takes no time at all.

Wow...I bought Dexter S2 and House S4 on release date, but returned them since I needed the cash for last-minute car repair. Glad I did because I can get them cheaper next week.

Everything is coming up Milhouse!

Thanks for the info. I've gotten price adjustments at Best Buy and Circuit City, but never Target, so I wasn't sure about their policy on that.

Last year I remember season 1 of Dexter going on sale for $19.99 pretty soon after it was released. Does anybody remember if it went any lower than that? I'm trying to decide if I should get season 2 now or wait a little longer.

The best part about Target is they have a 90 day return policy (a full 60 days more than BB and CC)....and many times a title will go on sale before those three months are up....in a small way it helps to make up for their deficiency in price matching....

I want to say yes, but my search didn't pick up any results. I though it got down to 16.99 and I missed it. Have waited for it to drop again, but it did not. So maybe $19.99 is the lowest.

It was $17.99 at Target at one time.

I bought the "deluxe" Dexter at Target for the book. Wonder of the $19.99 applies to that version, i still saw some at my local Target.

A couple of weeks ago CC had s1-3 for 24.99 each.

I think it has also turned up as low as 17.99 each, but this was during BF and only s1 and 2 were included.
