My local had a lot of new basketball DVDs.

I picked up a Michael Jordan DVD and a Larry Bird DVD. The Bird collection looked good. 2 disc 25th Ann. edition with 3 full games on it.

They also had Dwayne Wade, Kevin Garnett, and a couple World Champ Season DVD of Pistons, Lakers, & Spurs. Wish they had some baseball discs.

The 99-Cent Only store near me got in a new shipment of anime DVDs. Some of the titles I saw:

Saw a similar shipment of Anime. Two un-picked through boxes offered much the same that you've listed. Only 3 of the 5 Reign the Conqueror volumes where in the assortment or I would have put together that set.

One that you didn't mention which showed up here, only 1 copy that I saw, is the animated Lady Death movie.

Stopped by the 99 Cents Only Store today on La Brea & Romaine in Los Angeles and saw about 15 Vol. 5 of the tin cased 3-disc Black Voltron Lion. Still plenty of the King of the Cage mixed martial arts DVDs.

I've checked three of these stores now, and two didn't have any, while the third had but 2 copies of the same Volume 5 Black Lion. But both had no covers to them, only the bottom metallic portion, the cardboard fold outs to hold the discs and the discs, but not the booklets. Were the ones that you saw complete or were they missing parts of their packaging too?

There was one at that store which was opened, looked like someone opened it to see what was inside. All the rest were sealed- there's one sticker on the front shrinkwrap advertising bonus features and a larger one on the back listing other content.

Thanks again. I checked out another store today (just north of the 405 on Western for anyone in the area) and found 3 copies, all sealed! This wasn't a title that I was willing to spend $10+ on, but for this price I'm quite happy to have it in my collection.

Today I bought a copy of Ghost Rider (Spanish Artwork) but it has english sound track and commentary, The Grudge (Unrated Extended Directors Cut), Silver City and All the Pretty Horses (Spanish Aerwork). The pickens where slim.
