I kept refreshing until I got to the checkout screen. It went through. My confirmation e-mail confirms the discount.

Doesn't look like a glitch to me; the coupon code is correctly identified ("Customer Service 80% Off"), and I'd guess the issues with the site are due to an overload of hits from people like me. How about the Twilight Zone Complete Definitive Collection for $55.xx plus tax?

I just checked my bank account to make sure I haven't been being charged over and over again. Thank God everything is fine.

I do, however, see the charge for the one order that went through for me, so I'll cross my fingers for that one.

I had to refresh every page about 10 times, every step of the way, but eventually it went through.
