All extras are retailed. The artbox is the same as the one from Vol.1. The only that is missing is the chest hair afro wig.

DeepDiscount.com's running a B1G1 free sale on some Anchor Bay (Manga) titles. The selection's mostly single volumes and standalone movies, but they do include both of the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex season sets (and this is probably the cheapest the series is going to come for a while).
