Amazon Deal Of The Day - X-Files Season Sets $19.99

Nice deal if you only need a particualr season. At least you can get free shipping for orders over $25 and no taxes for most. Too bad they don't have the boxset for a cheap price.

I was so disappointed in the price. Seems to me the "Every Day" price these days as most stores.

I still need Season 7-9, but really want them to match my non-slim set collector's editions. Anyone know how I can track those down at a reasonable price?

Anyone who has seen them at Costco want to work out a deal and pick them up for me? I will send you the money for the sets and shipping through Paypal.

Hey - I'm willing to pick up sets for anyone who is interested. I guess send me a PM. I just completed a trade with someone ('Weeds: Season Three' Blu-Ray for 'Tales From The Crypt: Season Five') and I have a lifetime feedback of 165 / 98% Positive on Amazon / 308 on eBay.

Amazon would save on taxes anyway.

So the collectors editions are different?

Several seasons have a bonus disc of special features that was dropped when they changed over to the slimpacks.

Sheesh, losing the bonus disc would suck, especially if the prices are the same.

Hi. Do you have a list of which seasons were affected like this?
Thanks

Seasons 6,7,8 do not have a bonus disc and I think season 9 has two bonus discs.

I'm in the same boat as you. I've found some on ebay but I can't tell if they are the asian versions or not. Some say they are but others can't be trusted IMO.
