I've never had them email me until after they processed it and informed me of what they accepted. I've yet to have anything denied (though once I wrote a note inside the package that some CDs weren't included [went through to double check them and found out some CDs were in the wrong cases and had no idea where the actual ones were] and the email came back saying they accepted everything...even the items that weren't there. Wasn't about to argue.) My order had a 3-4 day turn around time from when it arrived (it was worth nearly $300 this time around, but if your order was larger it'll obviously take more time to process).
