Best Buy has had this same deal in the past, many times. These are simply online versions of the coupons they mail out to Rewards members periodically.
YMMV with these deals. Usually the deals only exist if your get the 10-12% off sale prices. This can easily NOT HAPPEN as each coupon's mouse type begins with "Markdowns taken from regular prices". But, due to poorly trained clerks, it is common to get this discount on top of sale pricing.
