I just noticed, the price on Firefly: The Complete Series is now down to a measly $16.99 at Amazon.com - those who still haven't bought this brilliant sci-fi show, now is your chance!

Looks like a number of sets are $16.99 at Amazon.com this week. I have seen 2 other threads in the past day about specific TV sets at $16.99.

$37.99 for me :(

if i had the money i would snag that up been wanting that series......

My old copy is so worn out (I've loaned it out at least 2 dozen times and watched it at least that much) that I'm tempted to pick this up.

But isn't there a better double dip coming out soon?

Not to thread crap or anything, but just so people are aware Target has been having this priced for either $16.99 and $17.99 pretty much every time I have been there in the past few weeks, and Best Buy has often had it on sale for that much as well.

And yes, there is a double dip coming soon, but I believe that will only be available on Blu-ray, not Standard DVD.

Yeah I see Firefly: The Complete Series for either $16.99 or $17.99 at Target all the time....

Actually, it's usually a separate filing for use tax.

Any thoughts on getting just ONE Firefly disc? #4 specifically, that my kids destroyed this week. Don't really want to waste money getting a whole second DVD set when I'll be looking at BD next year.

Rent the 4th disc from Netflix...
