BB.com has the new version of Season 1 onsale for $16.99 and the deal gets sweeter but may change!

$16.99 24: Season 6
$01.99 24: Season 1 [Special Edition]
-------
$18.98 SubTotal
$03.98 Shipping & Handling (No store near me)
$01.38 Tax
-------
$24.34 Total for both!

If you're plan on ordering all Seasons break up the orders. Buy Season 1 and another season together and save $15. That's like getting Season 1 for $1.99 + s/h & tax. Think ahead as if you get extra copies of Season 1, those would make good gifts. Best if you have a store near you and can do instore pickup.

I was just on their site and noticed this, as well. Now's a good time as any to get into 24, I guess.

24 Season 1 (special edition) not found at store for pickup... so I when I pick up my Season 6 (that I ordered with S1:SE)... do I pay only $1.99 + tax for it?? LOL. My order shows -$15 off of Season 6 not S1:SE...

Just saw the 24 deal as well...wasnt a fan of season 6, but for a $1.99 why...can sell my old season 1 too. Wondering though...it wont let me do the offer but once on one order...could I do multiples orders with store pick up and not get hassled?

Are the new slim packages the same as the original releases, just...slim? They have all the same special features, correct?

Now that this offer is shown at their web site, the complete list of Fox TV titles available at the $16.99 price are shown. The sale includes Picket Fences Season 1, Millennium Seasons 1-3, Bones Seasons 1-2, and X-Files Seasons 1-9.

I was not going to buy anymore of 24, but at that price, I picked up S6, which was the only one I needed and the SE of S1.

Also bought Prison Break S2.

Just got back from Best Buy.

24 Season 1 Special Edition is $16.99, on the front of the box there is a coupon for $15 off all the other seasons, up to $75 off Combined.

So i got all 6 seasons for $26.94 plus tax.

24 Season 1 Special Edition - $16.99
24 Season 2 - $16.99 - $15 - $1.99
24 Season 3 - $16.99 - $15 - $1.99
24 Season 4 - $16.99 - $15 - $1.99
24 Season 5 - $16.99 - $15 - $1.99
24 Season 6 - $16.99 - $15 - $1.99

Total $26.94 for all 6 seasons!

The cashier scanned the coupon as normal andit automatically gave $15 of every season, no problems.

Great Deal!

Hope it works for everyone else.

has anyone noticed in the ad if the "Bruce and Lloyd: Get Smart" DTV release looks like a SteelBook? people are reporting in covers, cases & inserts forum that it is, but it isn't listed in this thread and no one seems to have heard of it. weird.

Looks like they've changed 24 Season 1 SE and S6 to $16.99 each on amazon, so perhaps other fox stuff will be updated as well.

Update--looks like a bunch of the simpsons seasons are also 16.99 on amazon now, so check for your favorite shows from the sale on there.

Used MAYDVDS5 with my AMAZON card and saved $5 off my order of over $50.

(NO BEST BUY near me):
24 - Season Six $16.99
24: Season One (Special Edition) $6.99 (after Best Value Savings but counted as $16.99 towards my purchase)
Married With Children - The Complete Eighth Season $17.99
Rihanna - Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded [CD/DVD] $9.99

Item(s) Subtotal: $61.96
Shipping & Handling: $5.95
Best Value Savings: - $10.00 (for buying Season 1 & Season 6 of 24)
Promotional Certificate: -$5.00

Total Before Tax: $46.96
Estimated Tax: $0.00
-----
Grand Total: $46.96

I had ordered 24 S1 & 6 online from BB.com (see above) but they got cancelled because I forgot to update credit card info. This actually worked out better for me because at least I know ordering from AMAZON my order will have a better chance of being in good condition and I save .36 cents on my 24's and $5 off my MWC set. I was kinda afraid of getting the 24's in padded envelopes and they both be beat up.

i got Bones (season 1 and 2 ) and Firefly from amazon.

works out to be abt 19.50 each season for Bones and 16.99 for Firefly.
5 bucks more than BB but since i am residing overseas... still works out great for me.

any word as to whether BB will carry the zippo packaging for mad men in store? the art on the website would suggest that they do.

It seems that over the last number of weeks BB and CC haven't had too many 2/20 deals going on. Maybe they are having less to encourage people to buy Blu-Ray. I see alot more Blu-Ray sales over std. dvd sales now, imo.
