I got another 10% off e-mail coupon this morning instead of the usual 20% membership coupon. I hope this is not the new policy of only 10% Membership coupon benefits. Less now for being a Member. Will they continue the snail mail 20% or be reduced as well?

So it looks like 10% is the new coupon norm, after getting used to more draconian restrictions in the first place. Do companies not realize that's not going to help drive more business their way?

There's always a 20% code floating around that is their monthly apology/failsafe/replacement code, which can also theoretically be reused... whether personal ethics play a part in finding it or using it is up to an individual.

I doubt you'll ever be able to use a coupon on a Criterion again, if the BS I heard about BN's cost of goods on them is to be believed.

Any ideas on when the Arrow sale might be? I was hoping it would kick in before the current 5off10 dvd coupon expired, but that seems like a long shot at this point.
