It appears there will be 15/20% email coupons for this weekend. I wonder with Fathers Day in 2 weeks and hopefully the 40% starting next week what that will mean for other codes
Last year there were 3 weeks in a row with coupons -- 2 weeks with typical 15/20% and a set of instore only for FD weekend just like Mothers Day weekend.

I just called Barnes & Noble to reserve my three tiles for the 40% off sale that hopefully starts next week. 
The woman I spoke with couldn't confirm the sale, but I'll take my chances. Hopefully the sale actually happens,

It also says free express shipping but it's not taking it off for me.
Edit: switched titles in my cart and free shipping came up. I put the title I was originally going to buy back in my cart and free shipping was still there.

the 40% sale -- is it blu-rays AND DVDs? It looks from the BN site that it is DVDs as well, but I may just be hitting the right ones. Just wanted to verify.

When I first tried to check out it was still showing $2.98 for shipping. It wasn't until I switched out titles in my cart that it corrected the shipping. No worries now as I got it to work without too much a headache. Just wish one of my more sought after titles was part of this sale(Longmire S3 BD).

So in store, all DVDs and Blu-ray are 40% off, right? I'm going to a concert tonight and am going to be a block away from a B&N (it's usually a half-hour drive to one for me) so I was gonna take a look.

On Sunday I used the 20% off 1 item online (which worked) but they authorized me twice for the same purchase, which I didn't know, so when I attempted a 2nd online purchase from them it was declined. 20 minutes on the phone to get to someone who could charge another card. I don't recall them routinely double-authorizing/charging for the same order, but maybe I just haven't noticed it before?
