Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order

Return period is 14 days after delivery though possibly it's 30 days now for most people though there is a discrepancy b/w the receipt and website.
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept

Single Item 15% OFF, but should be reusable in different transaction and if the Clerks will scan it more than once.

Nice coupon but I want to use my gift cards. I suppose if it's something I want bad enough I can pay for it and save the gift cards.

Don't quote me on it but I thought I remember a post from a year or two ago that someone was able to use gift cards for partial payment even though it says the entire transaction must be made with a Mastercard. I think as long as a Mastercard is covering part of the order you would be fine.

Did you get that $10 GC for purchasing $100 in gift cards from B&N? I was supposed to get one but they never sent it on December 26 as promised. I called customer service today and they said they would put in a request to send one. Said it might take a day to process it. I was hoping to get it before this sale ends.

Yeah, my wife bought 2 $100 GCs to buy my Nook color with. Somehow she got robbed on one of them (she wrangled with CS) but the other one showed up yesterday in her email. She had to argue with CS when she put the order in, too (somehow they double-held the $200 on our account...which took about 5 days to cancel out).

I don't know if you ordered both GCs on the same account but that could have been the problem. The offer was valid for only one free $10 GC per account. I also had some problems when I ordered my $100 GC. For some reason they would not process the order right away and made me contact customer service first.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

I used post Christmas $10. promotional gift cards (given when you purchase a $100. in gift cards), on a 12/27 on-line order. It was received (I got a e-mail verification and it appears in my account), but never processed and not in their system. How bad can B & N get? If 2010 was a bad year, especially with them eliminating e-mailing coupons and discontinuing the members discount, 2011 may be the begining of their end.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Coupons are not working for me. It keeps saying my order doesn't qualify. I've tried all sorts of stuff.

Laser, are you sure it is active now or do we have to wait for tomorrow?

Insert your Mastercard info on the page, click the button to go to the next screen, and then you will see the discount correctly applied.

They are active. Usually B&N activates online coupons 24 hours before the official start date listed. They should work if you have a Mastercard and are not using the bookstore links on the first page. It might work at the Visa link for free shipping but I have not verified it. Should work at B&N.com or some of the cashback web sites that are not allowed to be mentioned on the forum.

Edit: I can confirm it does not work at the Visa link when I checked a minute ago. Said my order didn't qualify for the coupon.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Just a quick non-DVD/blu FYI, the complete Calvin & Hobbes bookset comes out to around $65 after tax and shipping with the 25% coupon. Lowest price I've ever seen for it.

With the exception of the Mastercard coupons I did not run across any new coupons for members that are valid with DVDs.

Unfortunately B&N is making it a lot harder to find online coupon codes these days, otherwise I would have a lot more coupons on the list. I assume you went through the other coupons already. If you have another account you could use some of them again before they expire.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Does anyone own the Wild Wild West complete series? I'm tempted to get it but have a feeling I might regret it because of a few flaws with the set. A lot of the reviews I've read complained about the packaging, discs, or episodes that won't play because of scratching. Looks like a great price for the series at $37.49 with the 25% coupon. Unfortunately doesn't appear I could trade it for another set at a store either if I needed to since none around here have it in stock.

Has anyone tried a gift card as a partial payment with a mastercard?
That is the best price that I have ever seen for Wild wild west complete series. An absolute steal. It usually goes on sale for 45 to 50.

I had no problem using a $10 GC (from the buy-$100-get-$10 promo) in combination with my MasterCard on two separate orders using both the member and non-member 25% coupons.
