I never receive emails on my actual member account, but have received 25% off coupons on my two non-member email addresses. They didn't come until around 3PM EST, so there might be hope for those who didn't get them in the initial batch.

Just noticed someone asked if I was a B&N member - I'm a former member, but the email that the 25% coupon came to was one that wasn't associated with my old membership. I guess I just got lucky on this one.

I received one 25% coupon this afternoon as well. Has anyone tried to used it both in-store AND online? Just curious if their system is properly preventing you from double-dipping. Not sure how well their systems are linked...

B&N is cracking down. It seems like corporate management is telling stores to strictly limit coupon use per the written rules.

I can't argue against that, but I've been spoiled by these sales with the coupons. All good things must end, I suppose.

I got a 25% off coupon today as well. It would be a pity if this were the last sale to include the coupons, but 50% off is still a good deal. Hopefully B & N will be in business long enough for these sales to continue another few years.

I still didn't receive the email, even though I called customer support yesterday to make sure they send emails. I went ahead and ordered something using the 15% off coupon in hopes that they see I buy stuff online and use coupons....that should do it right?

My 25% coupon status:
Original membership email account (lapsed for almost a year): NADA
Current 2 month trial email acct: One
Additional email acct (held previously by someone with a different first name): One

So, I assume it's only for active members, or people they REALLY want to return as customers and not intended to get recent former member/buyers back into the store. I bought quite a few items while an annual member but that email has never received special offers since it expired.

I got a 25% coupon yesterday titled as "Our Early Holiday Gift to You" and today I get this email:

25% off is after all other discounts have been applied = current selling price > member's discount > 25% off.
