Juno: $12.97 at Best Buy

I was a Best Buy this afternoon and noticed they had Juno for $12.97, I think the sign said 1 day only but im not 100% sure. I passed on it because it will be under $5 used in a month or 2

Uhhh... you posted this at 02:38 AM. I'm assuming you saw the DVD on sale yesterday (04/15) afternoon? Thanks?

FYI, the timestamp on my cpu says 11:38pm (4/15) so perhaps he was there "this afternoon". And even so, what's so confusing?

I've got 2:38 AM as well. Perhaps time is different in Smallville.

The release date was yesterday and I am seeing 2:38 as well, so I'm thinking he saw it yesterday afternoon. Posting a sale hours after it expires confuses me...

It was pretty useless to post this that late if this was a one day sale (and possibly in just one location).

As far as the time thing there's this thing called timezones, maybe you've heard of them?

I use western time (being in Seattle) so shows 11:38 to me.

.
Which is still after hours for Best Buy on the west coast... I don't think anyone involved in the discussion here is unaware of time zones, we are just wondering why you would post a one day sale after it's already over.

And that is why I was confused... I fully appreciate the posting of a good deal or sale notification but the OP did not give any details (doubtful on the sign, no indication which BB he/she shopped) and on top of that, the thread was created in the wee hours of the morning, after every BB in the country was closed. But that's okay... I'm easily confused anyway.

Actually I stated that I thought the sign said 1 day, it could have said 1 week, 1 month or 1 hour. I didn't look that closely, then I remembered seeing it and thought I would give anyone here that wanted a head's up about it and might wanna check it out. It was at a Southeast Kansas BB.
