Picked up the complete Angel set. The wife and I can trade in / ebay our old individual seasons and come out almost even on it. Easier than re-boxing them ourselves with canary's custom covers. ;)

I ordered the Andromeda Slipstream Collection.

5 seasons, 50 DVDs, 110 episodes, 5500 minutes - $78.99

Not on the above list though. Must be part of another sci-fi sale.

Not bad, but I think it's been slightly cheaper before so keep an eye out on the price over the next 30 days and get your refund if it drops.

I've seen Stargate for for $15-$20 occasionally. $25 seems a bit high for a sale.

Yes, $25 is waaaay too high for a 50% off sale. $19.99 is the everyday price at Walmart. The best I've seen for sets is $17.99 occassionaly at Circuit City.

Missed it at $54 last week :(

Ended up picking up the Buffy set too. Trade-in at warehouse is $78 for the old fat sets total...and I can probably get a bit better than that on ebay/amazon marketplace.

My wife has way too many DVDs, so if we can save some space it's worth the hassle of doing it.
