I just noticed this tonight and thought I might pass this on for anyone that wants this title. I'm not sure if this is a sign of HD-DVD deals to come or what...

I just purchased this at Hollywood Video for $7.50. I still haven't watched it. Ten dollars for a new copy seems like a good deal. It's currently cheaper on Amazon for the HD-DVD than it is to get the DVD edition (which is $15).

Definitely a sign of things to come. Maybe about to give DeepDiscount a run for their money. Who knows, by morning, we may have a collection of $9.98 titles. The List Price has changed, however.

EDIT: DeepDiscount is $9.21...as well as The Contract. Two new prices on DeepDiscount as well, I think.

Awesome, I hope that is a sign for all upcoming new HD-DVD releases (until there are no more, of course). I'm going to continue to build my collection, but I probably should buy a spare HD-DVD player to save for the future in case mine dies...

Retail List Price of this one is listed as $14.95, though.

I'm guessing the company just reduced their HD-DVD list price. The Contract is from the same studio as well.
