They are just minor updates...I just needed to do some editing and I have stuff linked back to the January thread (now locked). I need to find ways to fit all of the information/deals on Post #2.

could you bold what the new additions are or something like that? cuz i have no idea what is different unless i wanna do a side by side comparison which is so tiring for my lazy hand

The $7.50 check option wasn't listed yesterday. My guess would be that the rebate is meant to be for the $7.50 check and the $20 to $25 debit card was just another one of FYE's many glitches.

Most of the editing involved removal of titles and a few price adjustments. Nothing really worth of noting.

Removed sold out titles, some of the stuff sold out very fast after they reopened.

No updates, I needed room in Post #2 so I did some rearranging.

Removed some preorder titles.

Removed titles after ADV abundance sale and some other minor editing.

Huh, so is Viz releasing the Season 1 box set again without that crazy wallet chain? I've been buying the non-collector's editions of the Naruto sets and was very disappointed that the Bleach set didn't have that option initially. And now that the fat set is OOP, finding a copy is crazy difficult.

If you have to have the OOP set, give FYE a shot. I saw two copies at my local FYE. I passed because they wanted 90 bucks for it.


EDIT: Maybe it's a special version made exclusively for Wal*Mart. Here is the link to the listing on WM's site and they have the release date listed as today.

I don't really want the OOP set. I was just hunting for it because I thought it was the only option for Bleach season sets. If Viz is issuing non-collector's season sets of Bleach, that's right up my alley.

Would ordering the individual volumes and volume 1 with artbox of L/R get me everything that was in the boxset, or did the boxset have extras that weren't in the individual volumes? Also, how steep is shipping through BuyRite?

Just the box with DVDs. To my knowledge, the Special Edition(w/ wallet chain) is pretty much Out-of-Print, but I can find non-SE everywhere.

It is just the DVDs. There is an exclusive card for the Bleach trading card game in it it seems, along with a wall poster. The poster artwork is the same as on DVD 1.
