Do all the Circuit City's have the Toshiba HD Player for $100?

I saw it on thedigitalbits.com. Some Circuit City's have the Toshiba HD-DVD A3 Player on sale for $100. Best Buy has it for $149, and the CC website has it for $149, but what about it in store? Anyone seen it in store for $100? Esp around NY?

Costco has the HD-D3, which is exactly the same for $129.99.
