Wow something's up with this. A while ago it was $149.99 + $10.xx shipping. But when I got the e-mail the price was bumped up to $249.99.

EDIT: Customer representative replied within 1 hour and corrected the price for me. Total is $160.98.

Damn, I can't believe I missed this! I've really been sitting on the fence waiting for the whole Blu-Ray/HD-DVD mess to get sorted out, but I got a HD-DVD combo disc for Christmas, and now I've got an itchy trigger finger.

Once they come out with an affordable HD-DVD player with SACD/DVD-A support that is also region-hackable - I'll be able to have just one DVD player! :)

nice - i got lucky and got this from amazon for about the same price effectively when they had the 5 free hd-dvd deal (where cancelling the movies got you $90 off)
