I'm trying *really* hard to economize here. Still with the BR deal going kaput (before I could order Live of Brian, no less :( ), I figured I HAD to get something in this deal. With the 10% off discount, got Reds and Letters from Iwo Jima (the HD-DVD, not the combo disc that cost $4 more) for $19 shipped. I swear, sad as it sounds, the high-def 10% discount that came with the PS3 purchase might acutally pay for itself...

I ordered six of the $19.95 disks and used my Amazon Visa card to boot to get an additional $5 off. Hopefully Amazon will switch out some of the titles before long, the way they did with the BD BOGO.

I went here and searched the HD DVDs but I think the selection could be better. I still got Lady in the Water and Lethal Weapon though.

You sure those are included in the BB B1G1F deal? I thought there was a limited list...

Ended up getting Unforgiven and Casino. Thought long and hard about putting in a second order but just couldn't pick up another one besides Backdraft. Hopefully they add more titles and have something I want. I wonder if other sites will start doing the same with HD-DVDs.

Nope. The order qualifies for free shipping prior to the discount. It doesn't matter that it's less than $25 after the discount. Crazy, but true.

Good catch. The Searchers and Rio Bravo are up too. I noticed Casino and 12 Monkeys are both gone.

Some are still "on the list" but just don't apply correctly for the discount either. For example, I finally figured out that Phantom Of the Opera doesn't work with any of the other titles even thought it is in the list.

You're right. I tried to get "The Searchers" and the discount would not apply.

They have definitely trimmed the list (and maybe added a couple). There were 78 titles before, now only 58. I was hoping they would match Best Buys deal and save me the trip plus the tax. :)

I recommend trying a "missing" title - if you want it. I was wanting Backdraft & didn't see it listed earlier today on the pages. I added it to my cart plus one from the list (SII: Donner Cut) and it applied the discount for Backdraft.

So, if it's no longer on the list but still "In Stock", give it a try.

Dang, why do they keep changing the lists?
