Got this off another forum. I used the link and was able to order Season 1 from Time Life for $39.95. Not a bargain, but if you want the first season and don't want to wait a full year, now's your chance. Here is the link.

I'm in on this, since free shipping is included. No way will all the extras be available when the mainstream release of Season One happens next year. And I like spreading out the episodes over 10 discs.
