Just a head's up for anyone who's getting Drunken Angel. DVD Planet has it in stock and discounts it, even though most retailers said it's out on the 27th. This is probably the best price on this.

Edit: Placed an order for Drunken Angel. During this sale, I went from owning 0 Kurosawa films to 5.

A few of them here listed as preorders for 11/30 when they should be in stock. Fortunately in many of these cases DVD Planet does have them available. One might call them in to see if DD corrects them, but on the chance that these dates being "forwarded" was intentional, I didn't want to alert them that DVD Planet still had them available in case they would also push them into the future.

I ordered a copy of Bourne Supremacy new and it wasn't shrinkwrapped. I think they sent me a new copy. Who can I contact to fix this? Isn't there a guy who posts on here from DVDPlanet?

DVD Planet is currently listing them as OOP, although they are still in print (and available,) according to Criterion's own website.

I've noticed that my wishlist only appears at DVDPlanet if I go to my cart and it is empty. If there is an item in the cart it doesn't show. Keep the cart empty and transfer items all at once when you're ready to buy. I know there are other posts that recommend against that but I had no problems. Hope this helps.

Still having a problem with the preorders. The items no longer come up as preorders, but in checkout they say "street date 11/20" under shipping status ( instead of saying in-stock,) so the coupon is not discounting them

I'm having the same problem. I was going to pick up The Song Remains the Same HD-DVD, but the code won't take on it. Also, strangely - it is listed at $20.26, but when you add it to the cart it comes up at $20.27 pre-code. I guess we just have to wait for them to straighten it out. One would think that during this busy sale time that changing the flags on discs from pre-order to in stock would be more of a priority.

Received my order of Criterions yesterday (all except one backordered title, which has already shipped so I should be getting that soon as well).

Everything was well-packed and in great shape. Six days from shipment to arrival with media mail (and I'm in New York).
