I've had the same EXACT worry, my DC also confirmed they received mine on the 6th, I sent 2 emails, never received an answer, I just got a confirmation email about an hour ago that my used DVD quote was processed. $286 store credit & the sale was just extended WOO HOO!!!!

Not sure about those, but I ordered Star Trek season 1 HD DVD set on Tuesday, right after it went off pre-order status, and it said "in stock" all the way through checkout. Now my order says backordered...

Same here, except I placed my order on 11/12. It was for three used DVDs and every time I check the order status, it says "In Process". I've tried e-mailing them twice, to ask when they'll ship, but so far, no response.

Same thing has happened to me. I placed an order on the 8th that still hasn't shipped out. Yet orders I placed last week I've already received. I called them up and they told me one of my DVDs was on backorder and they were waiting for that order to come back in stock before they shipped the entire order. Well, guess what that DVD is back in stock, all DVDs are in stock and still no shipping notice.

DVD Planet is slowly becoming the new Warner Home Video.
