I got tired of waiting for Buy.com to process my order or tell me that it was out of stock. Its been stuck in the Warehouse phase of the order for the past 4 days, so I cancelled the Buy.com order and just ordered it from Amazon for 3 bucks more. I'm looking forward to viewing the movie.

Probably the one I sent back. The last sale, I went through 3 sets. The last being the "least" damaged and the one I kept.

You can go to Amazon.com Help. On the right side of that webpage, click on Customer Service (right under Contact Us). From there, you will have to log in, tell them if you prefer contact via phone or email, and locate your order/product. And tell them that you want a refund of the price difference. It's fairly easy and painless to do this.

I just got mine in the mail today and it is in pristine condition, sorry for all the folks that got a dinged up tin, but I think that may be more the exception than the rule, unlike the recent fiasco where Amazon was knowlingly selling defective copies of Have Gun Will Travel Season 3.

Thanks also for the heads up that the price has dropped 6 bucks. I just e-mailed in a request for a price reduction. I've done this before and as previous posters have stated, it is relatively painless.

I just got my copy in the mail today. I would describe the tin condition as near mint. A few small dings here and there, maybe 4 total, but overall in terrific shape.

I just sent the mail to Amazon. Thank you very much for helping me out on this.
