I called yesterday (12/6) and they said my order was still active, but wouldn't ship until 12/15. I'll be so happy if this goes through!!!
Update: Got that magic notice yesterday afternoon. Looks like I'll be nerdin' out by Christmas break!

Ordered on the November 3rd. Status still listed as "pre-order". I ordered 2 copies, one for me and one for someone else. Maybe they're holding the orders that have more than one.

Dave promised that my star trek dvd collection purchased for $38.88 would ship in time for Hannukah. It was purchased on Nov 4, 2007. Since then the ship date has changed every day. I am very upset that other customers have reported that their orders placed after mine, have already has shipped and been received. Why is my order in limbo? Several CSRs have told me that my order would ship when stock is received. Stock has been received , others have received theirs dvds. This has happened several times where my order is delayed past several stock shipments were received . This is not acceptable.

Yea...I still have not received mine and people who purchased after me got theirs'. People yelled at me for being 'pissed' before when they were first delayed (I was joking then), Now I am just mad. I am leaving my apartment here at school to go back East in the next week and I don't need this this suddenly coming when I am not here for a homeless person to steal. I have been patient but this is now getting ridiculous. Don't list the item for sale if you don't plan on getting them in on time.

Ordered 11/2, got it today.
When I opened the box, I thought for a moment they shipped a VHS box set. Those double-DVD cases are huge, especially now that I'm trained to look for tiny little thinpacks or tinier HD-DVD cases.
