Good deal on the Bava Box Sets if you don't have the first and want the second one along with it...if you can find something else you want.

Are the ones in the box set with extras(audio commentary,interviews,etc)or are they the 2 episode on 1 disc versions with NO extras?

I'm thinking about getting those Bava sets but I'm having a tough time finding a third selection.

Yeah, me too. Since I already had the first bava set, and virtually everything else I've wanted from Anchor Bay, I just bought multiple copies of the re-released Demons 1 and 2. Love those films, and, unlike the previous version, allegedly THESE have the original Italian language and subs included. I liked the dubbed versions alot, and that's saying something, so i'm really looking forward to these new versions. I just hope DD isn't misstating this feature.

Unfortunately, DD is WRONG. The original Itlaian tracks are not included.

Stupid question: was the Creepshow 2 Divimax edition supposed to be full screen, or is DeepDiscount dumping some AB foolscreen crap during the sale?

And those looking for an Italian version of the film need to remember that Argento and his ilk typically made their movies almost exclusively for the West. Therefore, the dialogue was dubbed into the appropriate language, without a native tongue version available."

Picked up Creepshow 2 Divimax, Demons and Demons II in this sale and I'll be tempted to get more before it ends.

It's widescreen only, DeepDiscount has this mistake on a lot of their titles.

COOL! I just got both Phantasm flicks and Creepshow 2 Divimax. Now if only there was a SE of the original that I could get on sale. ;)

Does Bava's Black Sunday have the AIP, English dub version on the single disc, or is it exactly like the box set version?
