Amazon: The Waltons S1 & S2 for $15.99/$15.49 each
Just came across this on Amazon and I bought both seasons. Season 1 is $15.99 and Season 2 is $15.49. The other seasons are significantly more, so I just bought the first two. Not bad for $31.xx shipped.

On that same Amazon page, they advertise you can buy seasons 1 & 2 together for $46.34
