What are the chances that it is the corrected version of the set?
Also is this a permanent price drop?

Good question, though I suspect the chance are quite good that it's the corrected set. The initial release with the incorrect aspect ratios was so long ago, and Amazon moves so much stock, that I think it's a good bet that these are the corrected versions with Academy ratio framings where appropriate. Perhaps someone knows the different codes that can be used to compare?
I purchased the incorrect set used (for a very good price), and have looked for deals to replace the wrong AR discs over the years. I took a chance through Deepdiscount on a couple of occasions and received the corrected disc each time. However, I believe I had access to UPC codes (or some codes), and I believe these were correctly identified in the item description.

If you have any intention of buying the other three titles and also have interest in the bonus disc, then yes. The cheapest prices for the other three titles, combined, are $51.21 at DDD. Assuming you waited until the 20 % off sale, the total cost for the 3 titles would be $40.97. Assuming you sold Shame and Persona on Amazon for a minimum of $10.00 total, after Amazon took their cut, that would take you up to around $51.99, and you would also receive a bonus disc.
Edit: It appears as if only Shame and Hour of the Wolf have corrected aspect ratios?
