To any and all in the Central Maryland area. The Walmart in Germantown's Milestone shopping center still has at least 7 WS sets located in the front of the store behind the 300 display.

Got my order in this morning, everything seems go so far. Much thanks to atlianz for posting the info and link.
Mere hours later, the status for the WS edition is temporarily out of stock, while the full screen still says "in stock".
Are you getting the message, Wal-Mart???
Naw, probably not.

Congrats to those who got orders in online. I kept checking all week and finally gave up yesterday. Called and complained again to corporate but haven't received a call back this time. There are probably stacks of the WS bonus disc at the Walmart in Missoula, Montana...

Well, tonight I finally exchanged my FS copy for a WS one (the previous Wal-Mart that I went to yesterday was sold out of the latter). To my surprise, there were a couple of the WS two packs in stock. Guess I could've saved myself a lot of trouble and taken the 45 minute drive to my folks' house on the release date.
BTW, that's the Colonial Heights, VA store that has some in stock.

I can't find them in the Milwaukee area, either. Only one store had the FS, and the other stores were completely out of stock of this, but the shelf tags said FS. I hope they ship more to stores but I'm not optimistic... Maybe I'll just buy the HD-DVD...

^ It's a YMMV I think. Mine is out and I doubt they'll get anymore in. I think they just keep whatever is in stock. Those slots are taken by whatever new two-pack deal is for the next week. Mine still had the Number 23 special with a bonus soundtrack...

Well, I finally struck gold today. After calling 10 regional Walmarts (most of which I had no idea where they were), I drove 25 miles to the store in Ephrata, PA (Lancaster County). Lo and behold, they had about 8 copies of the widescreen with bonus disc. Can't wait to watch this tomorrow...good luck everyone!

I did give up -- right before I found it they finally updated their website with the item. I just picked up the HD-DVD/DVD combo disc figuring that gives me the dvd for now and, in theory, the extra content for the future if I ever go HD-DVD. In the meantime, I just decided that it wasn't worth it to go through all of this just to support Wal-Mart, which I typically avoid like the plague.

Whew.....glad my cousin had her blackberry with her.
I was on vacation and brought my laptop with me when we went down to South Carolina but ended up not going on because there was no wi-fi access.
I used my cousins blackberry to check up on this thread and found out that this DVD pack did exist and while in Myrtle Beach enjoying my vacation, I stopped by one of the many numbers of walmarts around and picked myself up a copy of the Widescreen two pack.
Thanks to the OP and the picture providers for starting this thread.

I still can't find one. I've tried 6 walmarts in the area...and it's sad that there's 6 walmarts within 45 minutes of any direction from my house...

the only problem with the switcheroo is that it will make people think the full screen releases are popular because they are selling so much!
Oh, and full screen only at the hudson, nh walmart

Last Wednesday I grabbed a WS copy of Hot Fuzz with the bonus DVD for $19.96. After reading this thread I thought if I liked the movie, I'd regret missing the substantial bonus DVD which people seem to be going crazy over.
After watching it this weekend, I didn't like the movie enough to justify keeping it, especially at $19.96, so back my unopened set will go to Walmart. I guess someone will be happy to find this. They aren't selling for enough of a premium on eBay to justify going that route..
