The coupon isn't in the "Summer 2007 Passport" book. It's in a different flyer that says "Thank You For Being A Great Member!".

I picked up all 3 seasons of Deadwood at the Thousand Oaks, CA store as a blind buy last Friday. They had plenty of 'em on hand. Already watched the first four shows .

I picked up Warner's Gangsters collection (6 movies) for $26.99. They also had the first Errol Flynn boxset as well as others for that price. The store was in Sacramento.

what determines the price costco charges for deadwood and sopranos? Some people are paying 47.99 and others are paying 49.99.

Anyone in the bay area find $47.99?

Actually, the Sopranos and Deadwood seasons are all $47.XX. The only one that is $49.99 is Band of Brothers.

The majority of Costco locations charges the lower price. However, there are certain locations that are a buck or two higher. I have two locations somewhat near me. The Milford, CT location has the lower tiered pricing while the Danbury location has the slightly higher prices. Guess which store I usually frequent!

I went to Costco (Austin, TX) Sunday and all the had was Deadwood season 3. Went back on Tuesday and they had restocked all titles and had plenty of stock. I am now ready to head to Deadwood.

What the--my Deadwood is skipping. How are Costco's exchange policies with DVDs?

Edit: Nevermind, I got the exchange. Thing was that they gave me back the full $49.99, and I still was able to use a coupon, thus I basically paid $10 for Season 2. I didn't feel too bad because the exchange lady was pretty annoying, and I guess it was their policy to return actual price. The register lady was nice though, she had the coupon book and scanned from it.

Dang - went back to mine and they still only had Deadwood S3. I asked whether they would get more in before the sale's over and they said "Doubtful." The coupon says also available online, but there's nada there either.

My Costco (Des Moines, IA) also restocked. Finally picked up Deadwood S2

Restock was minimal - all titles but only a few copies....except for a buttload of Deadwood S3

I'm starting to get angry...my second copy of Deadwood Season 2 also skips. I checked the rest of the discs and there appear to be scratches on them. I'm definitely going to return it, but should I risk buying a new one?

I picked up Deadwood Season 1 & 2 last week, and there were tons of each season at my Costo (10 of Season 1, 20 for Season 2, and more than 30 for Season 3). They were all stacked below the DVD isle.

Also, they had the full box set to Firefly for $17, but I didn't pick it up.

Since they got season one of "Deadwood" in again, I got that and season two. My wife has been after me to get them, since she enjoyed the pilot on the preview DVD so much.
