Goddfather, I have an extra copy that I picked up for anyone having trouble finding one. I'd be interested in a trade or I could send it your way for the $5 plus $1-2 shipping if you are interested.

I was at a local WalMart the other night and saw about 5-6 copies of the 2-disc EFNY set in the bin. I already own a copy of it so I didn't think too much of it.. I somewhat 'hid' a copy at the bottom of the bin for a friend if he wanted to pick it up (I wasn't sure if he already had it or not so I didn't want to pick it up and end up returning it). Went back with him later that day and they were all gone
Did find a few other movies I've been wanting to get though. A few were still mispriced at $5.50 (when the new sign indicated $5) so they took $3.00 off each for the pricing error.

The problem with any kind of list is there's no guarantee what any one person will find at their local Wal-mart. As we've learned with the Escape From New York Special Edition's, it's YMMV on certain titles.

Got Escape From New York; glad I didn't pay full price for it since BOTH discs are single-side, single layer, so everything could have easily fit on one disc! I'm sick of all these 2-disc sets that don't actually have 2 discs' worth of content! $5 for this is a bargain though compared to the $40 I paid for the special edition laserdisc on sale about 10 years ago!

After digging through every dump bin in the tri-state area, I finally found the 2-disc EfNY. I found it in the Wal-mart in Woodbridge, NJ, and there's one more copy left if anyone is still looking for it...

Still no EFNY at the THREE Wal Marts in my area...
Picked up The Ninth Gate (which was recently added so hopefully EENY isn't too far behind).

I picked up the The Doors two-discer...even though it's the non anamorphic 2001 SE, the $5 price makes it a worthwhile purchase, IMO. I also spotted several copies of the 2-disc EFNY.
Has anyone been successful in finding W-I-D-E-S-C-R-E-E-N copies of Sideways and John Carpenter's Vampires?

I'm pretty sure 'Vampires' is widescreen. Target has 'Sideways' for $5.50 w/ slipcover. I don't think you'll find a WS version of 'Sideways' at Wal-Mart. Your best bet is Target.
