Where to get Ghost Rider extended?...

It seems Wal-Mart, Target and Circuit City have the a bonus disc. Anyone know which of the three are the best??

No bonus disk at Target, just a new foil slipcover and a bonus production notes booklet..

Picked up the one at Circuit City. Basically it is the deluxe edition and a slimpack case (to hold the bonus disc) housed within an outer box. Contents of the bonus disc included a featurette on Sideshow Collectibles design of statues, the 2005 Comic Con panel, and the 2006 Comic Con panel. I don't know how long any of them are (or if the panel pieces include the whole presentation), but it seems pretty solid for a bonus disc.

I was at both of those panels. I wasn't planning on buying this, but now you just got me interested. Darn it!!!

HA!

I just got back from Circuit City. They mispriced all the 3-Disc versions in the GR display for $19.99. Yeah, it's only a couple of bucks off but whatever! I snagged one before the manager walked over and took them all off the shelf for re-pricing.

I got the 2-Disc at DVDPlanet for $19.57 shipped, with the 20% off code, no extra discs, but I assume that is cheaper than the B&M stores have it.

To my knowledge, Omaha NE used to have a CC years ago, but it closed. I do not have one near me at all. If anyone who visits the exchange forum would like to discuss some sort of a trade for an extra copy of this (and I can supplement some trades with Paypal), please visit my thread in the Exchange Forum here:

Why would you watch Ghost Rider, let alone buy it? I would only take a copy of that movie if someone paid me.

Same here. Both of the front displays were empty, but the tag read $22.99. Then I searched the aisle, and found a bunch of them. 5-6 of them were prices 19.99, and the others all said 24.99. Of course, I grabbed a 19.99 one, and they had to do a price override. One of them on the shelf was missing the bonus disc. It has the sticker saying it was a 3-disc set, but the slim case with the 3rd disc was not in the shrink wrap. Just a fluke, me thinks...

FWIW, Blockbuster is renting the 2 disc extended cut, which means in a month or two, they'll have it previously viewed. Too bad the 3 for $20 sale just ended(2 for $20 now), I was hoping to pick up a cheap 2 disc Pan's Labyrinth.

I'm sure there's a movie in your collection that we could say the same about.

xage, how many stores did you go just to get Ghost Rider?
I'm happy just with the one from Best Buy. Also got the Ghost Rider book too.

5.. (excluding Costco, as my friend bought me one) actually I pass by this stores going to and from my work.

I just got the book from Bestbuy- ( I actually bought hellboy there) after a few short conversation with the cashier since the Hellboy figure is somehow unique to be packaged with a dvd, she gave me the bestbuy ghostrider exclusive for free (she encoded some sort of promo code)
