"Ghost Rider" foil package exclusive at Target?

What exactly is "foil" packaging and has Target had this before with a release?

I would think its a lenticular cover. Or maybe just a really 'shiny' regular cover?

Nah...a lenticular cover "Moves" when tilted left to right. A foil package is "Shiny". But wait! Is it Holo-foil? Then that changes everything!!!

It would be a hologram on the foil. Probably simlar to the holograms in the slipcase for Pirates of the Carribbean 2
