So i made a rather large purchase knowing that the complete Andromeda slipstream is out of stock along with a few other dvds...i just received the email confirmation and apparently everything i ordered including Andromeda is in stock....oopsy

As for the campy nature of space camp and the other box sets...i love that kind of stuff so i'm sure i'll get my 13 dollars out of it

I think I'm going to skip the Leone set, though it was in my wishlist, because I already have TGTBTU collector's edition and you can get teh identical discs from the UK really cheaply. I am considering another box set that I've had my eyes on for a while. I have to make sure my finances check out this week, then it is off to the races.

As far as all this crapping goes, a lot of stuff on my wishlists still shows up as cheapest at DD, I'm not that concerned. Last fall I spent about $400 which is a TON for me, and I plan on scaling it back a lot for the spring sale and maybe going nuts again for this fall's sale.

To the rep from Deep Discount. First of all..Thanks for the sale. I just have one question. I was going to order the new Fletch:Special Edition. It has been listed for $10.48...Actually its still listed at Dvdpricesearch for that. Yet, when I went to buy it. It was listed for $14.23. I know its only a buck or two. Just was curious if this was a mistake.

None of the 40+ dvd's in my wishlist went up in price. For those who saw items that did go up, it's often because they were "on-sale" before and that sale ended (The 20% coupon is a new sale, and doing both would be double dipping and not profitable).

I've compared a few items at Amazon from my wish list, and found some better and some worse. It always pays to comparison shop - or wait for future price drop.

It would appear as though Tremors: Attack Pack and Parenthood both were at only 10.xx a day ago and were recently raised to 14. I'm assuming they were part of a universal sale, however. Everything else stayed at the same price as it appeared to from a week ago. I guess it helps that most of what I'm getting has been out a while.
