Is it just me or is their used DVD section down? I haven't been able to access it since the 20% sale ended.
Thanks for the help.
EDIT: As of 7/12/07, I can now browse through their used DVD section again.

Warner Brothers will not allow 300 to be presold until 7/3/07 in their infinite wisdom. We will list it as soon as we are allowed.

Of course you should, Karina! I have never hesitated in the past to inquire about the status of trade-ins, and they've always been helpful in reply, generally having the credit available shortly after.

I sent in about 50 DVDs 2 months ago and got my credit around 2 weeks ago. Yeah, I'd expect to be waiting a little bit longer...
The problem is their customer service line is located in a different location than the facility where they review/accept your DVDs. At least that was how it was explained to me...

Yeah, when I called today, the lady said she had to talk to her "higher ups" which meant she was of no customer service, which defeats the purpose.
I should be getting an email "early next week" from them in response though.
I want my Emmanuelle Beart collection, dammit.

I guess that explains our different experiences: I've never bothered to actually call Planet's customer service number, instead simply replying to the initial Quote Machine e-mail if I've got any questions. That e-mail goes directly to Mark and contains all the info you might need (quote number, discs submitted, etc.) to get a proper answer and quickly to boot.

Well my package arrived on June 9th and got credited on July 20th. This was also after calling four different people and emailing Mark twice (without ever receiving a response). I'm going to choose somewhere else to trade in credit next time.
