Anyone know if these tickets will be in the dvd box or given out some other way maybe like the 300 tickets?

they should be on pack since they're being advertised at other stores as well (e.g. Circuit City) so you won't be able to "take" them like you did with the Pirates' tickets.

Looks like in most cases they have both original standard editions and special editions of the same title available for the same price, so be careful you pick the better one when ordering.

I haven't tried ordering yet to see if you can do in-store pickup on the DVDs and just get the gift card in the mail. They say the gift card will be mailed separately so I don't see why not.
