I ordered express, got the shipping notice at about 5pm last night, and to my surpise FedEx came knocking on my door with the package just now!
Still no shipping notice on my O.C. order though.

I called Circuit City and told them I have an order confirmation number, but a status as pending, and was curious as to whether my order had shipped or not (I paid for Express shipping.) After telling the rep my order confirmation number, she said that that was the web confirmation order number (sent Monday morning in the 2nd email) and is not the same as an order number. She said she was going to request that they honor the $19.99 price and gave me a case number to follow up on.
So it appears I'm not out of the woods yet, even though I received two emails from CC. One acknowledging my order placed with Express shipping on Sunday night at a price of $28.98 with an order status of pending, and the second email early Monday morning stating that my back/special order had not yet arrived, along with a order confirmation number. Furthermore, my order does show on their website when I log in. I guess time will tell as to whether I receive one or not...

I never received any of the other e-mails people said they got, but I just got a shipping notice. My order was placed around Midnight EST on the 20th. The order status has not changed when I look at my online account.

Got my shipping notice on 'The OC' and had opted for 2 day shipping so should get it by the end of the week. No word on the 'Matrix', but it's probably on back order like the email said and since it's obvious they are obliging by the price, I'm not worried.

unbelievable, I made 2 orders
1) OC Season 4 & Matrix Trilogy
2) OC Season 4, Matrix Trilogy & Wrestlemania 23 Limited Edition
I would have placed it on 1 order but I couldn't change the quantity.
They cancelled both orders of the Matrix Trilogy, my Wrestlemania 23 LE and one copy of the OC.
All I get in the end is one copy of the OC Season 4 (the one that I least want...I'm just going to give it to my sister).
Then I call customer service and the lady hangs up on me. Not worth the aggrevation in my mind to call back.

Well, looks like everyone's praise of CC was a little early. I've received no emails of any kind, so I assume my order will be among those cancelled. It pisses me off because I placed my order before a few others who have said theirs already shipped. Only time will tell.

I too am beginning to wonder if I will get my copy. If they originally cancelled all the orders, that would be one thing. But to randomly ship out some and then to cancel others is a little below the belt. The other thing that burns my britches, is that I have been into 2 CCs in the past 2 days and both have had at least a half dozen each of the Trilogy...so it isn't like there are no copies available. Hmmph.

Just got my shipping notification for The Matrix set. I ordered with the cheapest shipping option, so it doesn't appear that has anything to do with them shipping or not.
