$5 a pop, a huge selection, with nationwide availability for in-store pickup, is one of the few ocassions I shop from bestbuy. Any standout gems that you guys would consider Highly Recommended among the 200+ titles on sale?
Here's a few I'd say are good blind buys for those who haven't seen 'em.
Serpico
Juice
Private Parts
Changing Lanes
The Golden Child
Hardball
Galaxy Quest
Talented Mr. Ripley
Primal Fear

My thoughts exactly. Best Buy's shipping costs make most of their deals of no value to me. In-store pickup, you say? I shop on the internet so I don't have to trek to a store.

Plus, I don't like how Best Buy handles the cost of shipping - it's cumulative for each item. Order one DVD it might be $1.50, order two it's $3, three is $4.50 etc etc. Certainly doesn't encourage me to order more at one time. Newegg.com does the same thing.

There is some good movies in there but for those that can be patient I think you will find better deals.
At DDD twice last year they had most of those titles on B1G1 free deals. So I got A LOT of those for about 3.00 a DVD with as others have pointed out no shipping and no taxes. the first sale was in Feb and then they had one in October.
