BB B&M - 50% off HBO Boxed Sets - Blu Ray included?
 

Im looking at the Best Buy flyer that is valid for tomorrow only. It simply states 50% off HBO DVDs and BOXED SETS. Now, I know the blu ray boxed set of Season 6 just came out. Does anyone think this 50% off would fly? If so, I would buy tonight and pick up tomorrow am. What do you think?

Worked for me on both blu-ray and HD DVD.

It doesn't work online, but you can probably get it to work in-store. I don't think they intended these discs to be a part of this sale. Even with the sale, though, the price is still very high.

I was just at a Best Buy and they had a small note at the HD-DVD and Blu-Ray sections saying that these were NOT included in the sale and "sorry for any inconvenience."

Only if you are nice to the employees, as it is discretionary. I gave one a back rub and they relented.

Best Buy is closed for the day in many places, but the deal is still running on their web site. Thank the gods for that, because I bought the last Six Feet Under - The Complete Series (grave plot package) at a Best buy an hour south of here where I was Christmas shopping, and the gravestone on top of the package was missing. I figured that for $115 ($82 cheaper than Deep Discount), I could do without the decoration. Now, however, I was able to order a set from my local store (and they still have it available for store pickup, yay for no shipping). I'll just take the other one back and return it.
