Pirates of the Caribbean for FREE with the Purchase of Groceries at Stop and Shop
Like the Cars deal from last month, you can get the Pirates of the Caribbean DVD for free with the purchase of $20 worth of groceries from the following list-
Edy's Ice Cream(on sale this week for $2.22 each)
Lay's Potato Chips(2 for $5 this week)
Gatorade 32 Ounce Sports Drink(on sale this week for $1 each)
Aqualine Sparkling or Splash Water 6 pack($2.99 this week).
This deal is available at Stop and Shop supermarkets(mainly a Northeast chain) and you must use your Stop and Shop card to get the coupon(a $20 off coupon will print out at the register if you meet the $20 minimum).
Please note that the picture in the ad is for the first movie. However, it says that the DVD will be available on December 5. I think that it's a safe bet that it's the 1 disc version of Dead Man's Chest.
Go to www.stopandshop.com for more details(it's on page 18 of this week's sales circular).

Thanks for the heads up, I'm going to check on this today when I pass by there.
The offer also says you may only spend $10 and get a $10 off coupon as well, good for those who don't want to spend as much $ on groceries.
Sounds like too good to pass up for buying water or gatorage which I would be buying anyway, especially at the sale price.

last time I reported the Cars deal, the requirement was 16 products for $20 off or 8 products for $10 off. I guess they wised up and raised their requirements. Still a decent deal if you buy the items anyway (Gatorade, and water for me).

I can confirm what I suspected-it is for Dead Man's Chest even though The Curse of the Black Pearl is pictured in the ad. 2 bags of Lay's, 2 cartons of Edy's and 11 bottles of Gatorade later and I'll have POTC for free.

How did you confirm it is for Dead Man's Chest, does something print out on your receipt?
Thanks.

And hopefully they will stock some orange gatorade overnight, because I did notice they were out of it.

Just got my coupon at Giant Food in Northern Virginia. Definitely Dead Man's Chest, coupon is one of the newer pale shade colored bond paper, not the usual glossier blue or red that the CARS DVD coupon was printed on.
Thanks OP! Pretty sweet deal

I just got my copy at the Shelton, CT location. No fuss, no muss. They did have the 2 disc version for $29.99. I don't know if you could apply the $20 coupon to that version because I was unwilling to pay $10 for the extras on this particular film. BTW, does anyone know if the 1 disc version is supposed to have a slipcover? They didn't have slipcovers on the ones at the Shelton location.
