It does. For those who don't know the code, it's MCOCT2006.

That would be decent and I would hop on this but I hate rebates so I'll hold off for now.

Applying the code makes the final cost $14.19 after rebate. Gotta add 39 cents submission postage, tho!

hmm, when u do the math for me, it almost makes me want to buy it (aside from the fact that i hated anything past season 3 of 24)... anyone know if you actually have to cut out the UPC... cause i hate ruining my box sets...

Most FYE.com rebates no longer require the UPC. However, they will reject your rebate submission and list a missing UPC as the cause for rejection. A follow-up e-mail to www.rebatetrack.com, explaining that the rebate doesn't require the UPC, and they will process the rebate and declare it valid. This happened to me with the Lost Season 2 rebate and I received the check for $10 a few weeks ago. If you have to send in the UPC, they'll accept the yellow price sticker that's attached to the shrink wrap.

seems like lot of trouble to get some discount. A lot of people will forget to send in the rebates, myself included and thus making the offer useless. And then you have to go through the trouble of depositing a $10 check into your bank account. No, I will pass on these rebate offers. I am sure some merchant out there will eventually offer these boxsets at decent upfront discounts. I am in no hurry.

I see a lot of people complaining about mail-in rebates as being a big hassle. I just don't get what the big deal is-it seems pretty simple to me.

1. Order the item online.
2. Click on the link for the rebate form and print it out.
3. Complete the form and make copies(you should always make copies).
4. Mail it.
5. Receive check and cash it on your next trip to the bank(you'll have 90 days to cash the check).

The only real hassle is if they reject it and that's easily resolved with a follow-up e-mail. I like instant rebates taken at the register as much as the next guy, but I'll gladly go through these 5 steps to pocket $20. You can always hope that Target puts this back on sale for $16.

The hassle is not only in sending all the stuff in but mainly in tracking it afterward to make sure you actually get the rebate. Tracking rebates all the way to payment and then cashing the check is a hassle - especially if you have purchased many items with rebates. Unless the rebate is a significant amount, it simply isn't worth it for me.

Especially since most rebates sometimes takes months to be sent out...by then you forget you even had one.

I'm staying out of this one. Hopefully their rebate policies are getting better though. They were rejecting every one I sent in after a while. It took 3 phone calls and me screaming before my last Scrubs rebate went through. Then I realized I shouldn't partake in FYE rebates anymore.
