FYE.com 15% off TODAY ONLY (11/27) OR 10% off/FREE Shipping

Coupon code ONEDAY15NOV will get you 15% off today only...
OR use code MCOCT2006 for 10% off with FREE shipping (thanks to sotra for that code)
Their shipping kinda sucks, but there are still some deals to be had because of their rebates...
I'm getting:
24: Season 5 - 42.99 (has $10 rebate) - 6.45 = 26.54 AR
POTC Dead Man's Chest 2-Disc SE $24.99 (has $7 rebate and FREE film cell) - $3.75 = 14.24 AR
James Bond V3 $59.99 (has $10 rebate) - 9.00 = 41.99 AR
James Bond V4 $59.99 (has $10 rebate) - 9.00 = 41.99 AR

Prices are listed AFTER 15% discount and rebate...

EDIT: My order worked out to be $5 cheaper with the 10% off code and FREE shipping. I suggest testing yours both ways...

Try MCOCT2006 for 10% off and free shipping. I used it last week without a Mastercard (paid with a giftcard).

Looks good, but I'm awful at following up filling in those rebate forms and mailing them off.

2 problems with this... first, i get charged tax on the full price of the item (not on the 10% off price)... so basically this works out to no tax on the item and maybe another 2% off + free shipping

Secondly, FYE rebates suck especially on internet orders... i remember last time i bought family guy vol 2 from them. I forgot to download the rebate form right when i placed the order. By the time the items arrived, they removed the rebate from their website.... so i e-mail customer service and they send me the form (via e-mail) within 48 hours... i go to fill out the form and the deadline had already expired... the deadline to postmark the items was 1 day after i received the items... so i now refuse to buy anything from FYE.com that involves a mail in rebate (which is basically everything that amounts to a good deal)

No, they don't. I tested this to see if you were right, but the tax was calculated correctly off of my discounted price...

I think that this varies from state to state. I always see people complaining that Costco charges tax on the pre-instant rebate price. In Connecticut, Costco always charges tax on the discounted price. It very well might be that blaze lives in a state that charges tax on the higher price.

I believe the tax rule is that if they have a physical presence (brick & mortar store) ANYWHERE in your state, they will charge you tax. At least that's the rule here in Tennessee.
